Meet Michael Feeley
Michael Feeley, Managing Director, brings almost a decade of experience in human capital management, talent acquisition and resource deployment within the advisory services industry. He has been instrumental in identifying top talent for both professional services firms and companies, enabling them to achieve aggressive growth objectives.
Previously, Michael served as a client service manager at a professional services firm, giving him a unique view into the candidate’s perspective. In this role, he performed forensic and financial consulting on a variety of matters focused on complex GAAP, IFRS and GAAS issues. Michael began his career at a Big Four accounting firm, where he audited public and private companies across industries such as financial services, manufacturing and technology.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Meet Mindy Eichler
Mindy Eichler, a seasoned veteran within talent acquisition, brings over two decades of hands-on experience and unique expertise to Advisory Linx. She fell in love with the staffing field before the age of social media, when success depended on relationships, referrals, and networking.
Throughout her career, Mindy has assisted thousands of individuals with career transitions and job changes through her deep knowledge of the market and diverse opportunities. Mindy leverages her empathic nature and inquisitive personality to work with her candidates and clients. Her passion lies within matching individual’s strengths and career goals to organizations unique critical success factors. Mindy strives to enhance her client’s DE&I initiatives through her knowledge gained by attendance at multi-cultural alliance events, community service activities and women’s initiatives.
Prior to Advisory Linx, Mindy started her career as a Big Four auditor before transitioning to agency recruitment at a publicly traded, national agency working within their Permanent Accounting/Finance Search practice. She then started her own agency, Eichler Staffing, which she ran for nearly 8 years specializing in national and local permanent and contract recruitment spanning broad industries for Fortune 500 Companies and smaller organizations. Mindy returned to corporate talent acquisition function at a large, international public accounting Firm to build their Audit & Tax functions, where she partnered with leadership to recruit talent for the organization’s most critical roles.
Mindy is a proud accounting graduate of the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst. She’s called Boston home since 1999 and lives with her cat, Papi.
